Remember riding my 71 Chevy long bed with the rebel flag hood. God, thank you for letting me live this long!

I saw ZZ many times from the 70's into the 2000's. Tejas is my favorite album by them.

My favorite ZZ record. Billy's tone throughout is tremendous.

I used to drive around in a beat-up pickup blasting this song and wishing I was this girl! 😉 But that was such a long time ago🦊

Nobody has any comments about the twin fiddles? Only Top song with 'em.

I remember buying this album when it was first released and I wore it out on the turntable. Still love listening to the early years of ZZ Top. 👍

If a country performer had performed this song exactly the same way. It would’ve been a country hit.

This is my favorite ZZ Top song. Before to long she’ll be good as gone and running with another man.

Tres Hombres from Tejas, and then there was dos. RIP Dusty. So thankful for all the music you gave me in my youth.

She used to drive a beat up pickup
Down around san antone
Stealin' the heart of every guy in town
Includin' the one I own
But this sweet young thing of seventeen
Would sting you with the lovesick blues
Just a blonde haired blue eyed picture of sin
Lookin' for someone to use

She's a lover 'n fighter, she's a wild bull rider
And I'm wonderin' why she left me such a long time ago
She's a heartbreaker, she's a love taker
She can break a heart and take all the love she needs

Well I heard she got down in beaumont
And she wound up in el paso
She was tuff as a boot and thin as a rail
And she could step to the cotton eyed joe
If you run across this flagrant fuzzy
Slip in and get her while you can
Cause before too long she'll be good as gone
And runnin' with another man

She's a lover 'n fighter, she's a wild bull rider
And I'm wonderin' why she left me such a long time ago
She's a heartbreaker, she's a love taker
She can break a heart and take all the love she needs
