But my OP doesn't suck, i can press 85lbs for 3 reps at 220lbs body weight using only medium leg drive and wrist straps and a powerlifting belt for support after only 2 scoops of pre workout

Overhead pressing is NOT bad for the shoulders! People who say this don't understand basic human physiology. The scapula rotates as you press upwards, and thus does not cause any impingement within the shoulder and the humerus. You will get more impingement from a bench press which has a degree of interal rotation (that's why you don't flare your elbows all the way out) than an overhead press. An overhead press cannot hurt the shoulders. It heals the rotator cuffs and works with sound movement patterns that prevent impingement of the shoulders. 
Moral of the story, it's not dangerous. It's great for your shoulders.

I love the overhead press and it's my favorite lift that I tend to obsess over. I can't imagine not doing an overhead press since it's just too manly.💪🏻😎👌🏻

I do the overhead press with smolov mesocycle, 9, 7, 5, 3 reps with progressing % my press has gone from 80kilo 1rm to 100kilo in 6 months. I give it it's own day and I love it, I think people need to chill with the dogma on only doing the main 3. Hell, if Dan Green can fit it into his programming I'm pretty sure anyone here can!

Funny thing, my shoulders are my biggest muscles and I never did overhead presses. Even stranger, my overhead press is very very weak in comparison to my benchpress

Exactly! Honestly, it saddense how much gym bro's favor the bench press over the overhead press, and their respective variations. And they have horrendous shoulder development and shoulder pain as a result!

My Overhead Press is very weak, and what makes it worse is my inflexibility overhead. I want to get stronger on overhead but I don't want to give up my bench press strength lol

OHP progress never really built my delts. I only got to just over 1 plate for 5 reps tho so I can't exactly speak from experience. However I have seen MASSIVE increases in gains with barbell upright rows for insane volumes and barbell facepulls for similar volumes. Progressively overloading these is the best way to hit side and rear delts imo, whereas BB OHP always felt like a struggle against the core and caused triceps and front delts to be far too fatigued before side or rear got any meaningful stimulus. And the last thing anyone needs who is already pressing with any kind of volume is more front delt fatigue which will impact pressing.

preach for that alex its the most important lift i think without strong shoulder you cant build your chest & your back i take overhead press over the bench plus i think that the shoulder muscle is bigger than the chest what you think alex

You're making some beart gainz Alex. You need to improve you workout-footage-gainz on this channel tho. People wanna see shit getting done, people like to get entertained, well I'm these videos are good, and most things you say are very true and scientifically based and proven, but man if you really wanna entertain people and grow you gotta post some workout stuff once in a while maybe 1-2 times per week or so. I really would like to see some more of it and many others too.
