I just got injured myself by slipped on ice snd and I injured my tailbone and lower ba k it's not fun it's been 4 days 😢 and it hurts really bad I take hot I've just did your exercise I will keep watch you agian thank you. 12:44

This helped me. I overworked myself and didn’t have enough rest. After work I went into my garages to grab something I didn’t think was that heavy and had pain for almost a month now. These stretches helped me and rest to recover better than before. Thank you for this helpful video

Hit my tailbone on cooler door at work last night and OMG the stretches but mainly breathwork instantly felt the relief still sore but at least I can now stand up straight without having to hunch over

Hello Dr. Melissa. Found your sight looking for tailbone work. My61 year old aunt was on a hoverboard and fell. She has soreness on right side of tailbone. Think brunt of hit may have been on sacrum. She has mild soreness, no pain. She has been icing. Any recommendations to begin a self care treatment until she can get checked out by her chiro. She doesnt want to sit waiting a week until she is seen if there are things she can do now to help keep muscles loose while healing. Appreciate and looking forward to your response.

Hi, I really like your video. My tailbone feels so bruised when I sit for long or short amounts of times. I really hope this video gives me relief over time. Do you have any recommendations for the best sit pillow to help with this pain. I’m having a hard time finding a good one as the ones I have tried bother my piriformis. Thank you very much!
