I beg to differ. In 2023 there are Bank Charges to maintain a current account. Also, Estate Agents charge both the buyer and seller of a property plus there is also tax to be paid on it.

No, its not easy to make a bank account. Its the opposite. I have experience myself. And i am sorry to say that YOU DO have to pay for transactions to other banks in EU. I have experienced that too.
