mine is already one month old and barely improved. i didn't fell, i slept on it

So what do we do about it??? I've been having this pain for 2 weeks now, i did push ups and it triggered my pain. Since then no weights, just tied my wrist, giving it rest it needs but still no luck, hand cant be turned backwards.😢
