Thanks I just bought one, coming tomorrow I had a Newentor, but that was a wanna b Acurite so I returned it :)

1. Is it still lasting 2. What were the strongest winds recorded from this weather station 3. Does it seem accurate

Beware utter garbage with zero (0) customer service! You have been warned, I was too but I thought others comments were wrong. BOY WAS I WRONG! Oh, if it lastsa year you are doing better than most!

Acurite has blocked smart phone access for the Smart Hub
devices in order to sell a $130 ish upgrade to the Access Point device. I was
able view my 5 in 1 Pro+ weather data through my smart phone and then it just
stopped. When I contacted Acurite I was told, “we don’t support that device any
longer”. All I need to do to reestablish the smart phone function is purchase
the $130 upgrade. There is nothing wrong with the electronics the Weather
Underground is still able to read the device. - Bob
