I tried a bit of your fruit method the other day after I got unwell eating takeaway food.

I got so fragile and skinny fat going fruit and then starch based. Feel way better with the addition of eggs and fish. It’s a shame as I love the vegan ideology but it just does me in.

well I do like you do..fruits for reakfast..and then salad and starch for dinner.. mystery with the starch is actually that it feeds special gut bacteria that produces biochemicals that protect us.. especially ressistant starch.. good to have veg and fruits too

I lose my interest in fruits after a couple of meals too.😸 So fruits + greens for breakfast and lunch, then starch+veggies (+mushrooms at times) for dinner.🌸

It all depends. If you are very advanced, fruit is best. If not- starch is better. But please remember than even being a cooked-food vegan and thriving as such is already a very high level of dietary/lifestyle achievement. To avoid cravings and binges- just take your time. Rome was not built in a day and neither was Everest conquered in an hour.

I totally get the reasoning behind balancing aspects of fruit vs starch.. I have this mental battle wanting to accept starch but even 1 year later for me, after only a single 60 days juice fasting, any form of cooked food gives me nightmares and destroys my energy 😅 I think it depends how clean you get you can't go back so far since I was cooking without oil my whole life no added salt and didn't eat the sugary packaged stuff most people indulge in

Perhaps some people have a lot further than others to go on the scales of health... your battle is your own to be the hero of 😜
