Apply enough disinfectant to cover all hand surfaces;
Rub your palms together;
Rub your right palm over your left with interlaced fingers and vice versa;
Rub palm to palm with fingers interlaced;
Rub the backs of your fingers against the opposing palms with fingers interlocked;
Rotate your left thumb while it’s clasped in your right palm and vice versa;
Rotate your clasped fingers of your right hand in your left palm and vice versa;
Your hands are now safe
