The eevee outbreak by Medali was even easier. Didn’t have to jump any fence. Just walk back and forth a couple steps to keep respawning them.

i actually used medali city to reset and got one right at the eastern corner of the city, so i'm just farming that outbreak using this method. 6 shiny Eevee later, the outbreak is still here thanks to date resetting.

This is not the easiest, there's a Medali Outbreak spawn that's between Medali and the middle of the map, it spawns way more eevees than the one posted here since these eevees are bugged due to the cliff seen there, spawning less eevees than the outbreak I mentioned

I just met you and I already love you. I was 700 eggs in and had only hatched 1 shiny eevee. Using this I found 3 in the span of an hour

For me I just skipped the evolution step and went right to hunting the vaporeon outbreak I was given. Ofc I don't have any odd increasing stuff (sandwiches or shiny charms) so it took some time but that purple vaporeon helped me defeat the elite 4! Still gonna use this trick to evolve some other eveelutions though, great tips!

This is literally what I needed right now. I want a shiny Glaceon and was going to attempt to trade for it. Now I can just hunt ^^ also tried breeding 120 eggs but that takes forever and no shiny from any of them

I would say an outbreak by Medali is better because there is a larger area for spawning and because you can stand directly next to the town and move 2 steps to reset the Pokemon.
