This Upper Body workout is great not only for making you stronger, but also helps with your posture and overall muscle balance. As kids develop it’s often just the legs that get most of the attention - running, jumping and general play usually involves moving the lower body. So it’s great to keep the upper body developing as well. Mixing up upper body, lower body and cardio workouts throughout your week will ensure you’re getting the best possible results for your whole body.

This is fantastic and the fact that your boys were so willing to help you out with this video was amazing too! I'm actually the one who's more in a fitness even though I'm obese My husband likes fitness but not as much as I do and I think my kids took after me in that area because I've always been sporty and all the other stuff. My husband sporty too some but not as much as me I need to get out and be more sporty that's how maintain my weight healthy one.

You do realize that mama and daddy has something real smart going right ?I'm not saying that little girl ain't going to be strong enough to take care of herself cuz I'm pretty sure that mama can. For she got three big brothers who are studying on being stronger and athletic I mean come on Mama and Daddy has a plane going here that little girl can grow up to be whatever she wants to be and have three strong brothers to help her out and protect her. Well also one day not now many many years in the future she'll become a mommy and she won't be able to do something that her brothers can do when she's pregnant future speaking here and her brothers will be strong young men with good personalities and gentlemen like manners who will help her out so kudos to your parents I am very proud of y'all and the one in the green shorts seems to really be into fitness a lot He's like yeah I'm all pumped up can we do more mama and then the other one he's like yeah I'm still learning this is pretty cool and the other one he's like yeah I got this. And the sister provided entertainment with bubbles isn't that sweet.

They need to straighten up the mats space them out more space amount more when exercising because that one boy in the pink hat did not have enough room to properly stretch because his mom was taking it most of the space and the little girl she's like whoa how are they doing that It's adorable and the one little boy when she was swinging her arm opposite directions He's like yeah Mommy I don't know how to do that yet I don't blame him...

This is a common mistake that you should not make a T shape while you do the push-ups in the vid in 1:47

There going to get injured soon with that bad push up form, the form matters way more then intensity
