My experience working with computers makes me quite sure in affirming: The first years you' ll be able to switch the nuisances off, but a few years after this is implemented, they'll make it mandatory to have always on. A few years in time, and no cars will give the option to switch it off. Then few more years, and it will be an offence to turn it off with aftermarket mods.

I’ve got a speed limiter on my works vehicle… the single most annoying thing about driving that car is struggling to get past another car that is doing 69 while I’m stuck at 70. 😂 Another piece of our freedom taken away from us.

I have a feeling that they might just incorporate a "snitch" feature in these speed limiter systems where the car will automatically report you to the police for speeding, like having a speed camera on your own car.

I am soooo grateful for the government to mandate us. It’s so encouraging to see these moral, spiritual and physical demigods looking out for our best Interest. I said it years ago enjoy a proper petrol manual because we’re the last generation to be driving cars, we’re moving to electric self driving network of vehicles, it won’t be long before we won’t be able to buy a car as individuals, enjoy while you still can, times are changing
