I've NEVER seen someone get the "get out of my head" cutscene! I also think it's weird that Yub picked Felix's game first but didn't get the major lore dump - maybe because he turned him down first?
But yeah, every little action in this game triggers a different scare/lore dump, even exiting through different floors in the barn maze or choosing a different character's game first. So there's a LOT of replayability here, if you can press through the slow walk speed lol.
