Thank you for your video. You did a great job. I do have a question and need advice. The day after everything cooled down I noticed air bubbles coming up from bottom of jars. Is this to be expected as the sausage continued to cook and shrink. I packed it very tightly into the jars .

What would process time for half pints. I did sausage links for 75 minutes without adding any water and they are literally hard as a rock!!! 6 packs wasted. I am so sad…😢😢😢😢

I canned venison burger and used water but I like the idea of no water! Have you canned ground venison?
Also have you had problems with psiphoning?

did you add water to your jars or is that all juices from the sausage

Thank you . You did a great job alone on your video!! I was think this will b great 1/2 Pints for smaller cheese casserole dishes. I'm going to Dutchmans and get 15 sausage rolls on sale $.88 can't pass it up. Watching your informative videos from Iowa -3 this January 7 morning
