I used to go to a persian restaurant in Atlanta and I love this dish. I only ever ate chicken or beef soltani and I ate there practically every day after my workout. Best food ever!!!

I’ve never had chicken koobideh before, but ik normal koobideh is great for cravings. As a Persian (my mom is from kermanshah and dad is from Tehran) I have to admit, your rice looks perfect, and with the addition of a roast tomatoe and some yogurt, it amazing! I would really like seeing you making traditional koobideh 😁. This looks amazing and keep up the amazing work!
