you're definitely supposed to do compounds before isolation to build a solid base - you grow way more overall from compounds. Also keeping rep ranges high is for training endurance - most people train for hypertrophy in the 8-12 rep range and some in the strength range at 5-8 reps. It's good to switch up the training style every now and then but I definitely would not recommend keeping the rep range high all the time

Put the amount of rice you wanna cook in a pot, then use double that amount of water. Heat til boiling. Then lower the heat, cover with a lid til and let it simmer til all the water practically cooked out. Add a little butter, salt & pepper to your liking
