30 Minute Full Body AMRAP Workout | PRE - Day 16

It's deload week and you we are going to focus on moving and connecting with your body in this workout! All fitness levels are welcome! SUBSCRIBE to the channel and share this workout when you're done!


In this workout you will be working for 7 minutes, 6 minutes, and 5 minute work intervals in AMRAP style meaning you will do 8 reps of each exercise in the circuit for as many rounds as possible. Our goal is to move with intention and breathe well today so be ready to push! Breathe and work hard so we can kick off an epic day with this workout!

2. Skull Crusher
3. Sit ups
4. Squats
5. Lunges
6. Plank Open Ups
7. Bent Rows
8. Hammer Curls
9. Seated twists
10. Bear Crawl Abductions
11. Glute bridges
12. Bicycles

I was unmotivated going into the workout. I had things going on off the mat. Today was my wake-up call. I have to address my sleep and mental health differently.
