As an iPad mini user who thinks the screen size is perfect I just couldn’t see walking around with a tv in your hands so the iPad Air is definitely the biggest I’d go 😂

iPad Mini fits my small purse. PERIOD PARAGRAPH EXCLAMATION POINT. I'm still crawling along with the 4. Didn't like what I read about the 6 and Jelly Roll, etc. while my 4 was still chugging along. Thought I could hold out for the next model. Didn't think it would be forever (or maybe never). By now the little 4 is almost "the little train that can't." I WANT MY 7! First time Apple has let me down in over 38 years.
I seldom use my phone so I have an older cheap Samsung - which I'm not fond of but I paid about $100 and got free minutes, no monthly bill, so it suits my needs. Come on Mr. Apple make this long-time user a happy camper.

the letterboxing on the iPads is insane.
The picture looks almost as big as my pixel 6. Seems kind of pointless to me.

If it's just a question of small size for portability on the go I'd still go for the Mini otherwise it's the Air. It's a moot point for me though since I prefer Android over IOS.

at 530 for 256gb version it seems ok, even if apple make a ipad mini 7 it wont be cheap....

That night be a new Mini, or they may kill it like the Mini phone lineup. The only high view press the latest mini got during window is largest sales was negative press. Between the “jelly scroll” and laughable storage options, a galaxy tab s8 blows the mini away in most aspects if you can handle the larger and lagging app selection (it’s getting better all the time, but you don’t buy a device for what might come out for 2 or 3 generations later).

I love the Mini lineup, both for iPhone (I’m happy still using the 13 Mini I preordered) and iPad. That said, the iPad Mini is priced too high, even at slashed prices, with that joke of non expandable storage it’s not worth it. Maybe 128gb base of they add full current gen speeds to the USB-C port… which if the possible new Mini uses the last gen Pro phone processor for some reason instead of the newly announced, then it’ll still be stuck at USB 2 speeds making working off external storage not really a thing. The new phone processor might not even have faster current gen USB speeds either, but I doubt that. I might pay a pretty penny to get a new Mini with the new Pro Series processor, an updated display, and storage/usb speed upgrades baseline. It I can get accurate colors, I love using my current Mini to do quick photo processing in the field to show to clients.

The prices of solid Galaxy Tab S8+ make it hard over the S8/S8, + though.

I have an ipad 10 and just traded my 200$ ipad mini 5 for the 6 at 350 at best buy and got it for 150 plus tax. I've enjoyed the mini 6 and kinda wish i got it sooner but i didnt have a need with the ipad mini 5 and ipad 10

Bigger than 10 inch and it gets annoying imo, great to watch youtube on but horrendous to type on
