Born and raised in San Antonio, an watching him play was really fun. I think out of all basketball players I saw growing up in the early 1990s, I respected Timmy the most. To me he was the greatest Power Forward of all time. He put our city on the map. We owe that man. Thanks for playing:)

The San Antonio Spurs have the record for most consecutive playoff appearances at 22 seasons. The streak started in 1998 and went until 2019. During this stretch Tim Duncan and San Antonio Spurs won 5 NBA Titles. Thank you Tim!

"Win a lot of games", what an understatement! Duncan is #2 all-time in wins, only Kareem has more, but played 1 more season.

P.S. Duncan has never played less than 70 games in a season (including playoffs) except for 1998-99 where he led the NBA with 67 games (only 50 regular season games because of lockout) in his entire 19 year career. Only Kareem is close, playing only less than 74 games 2x (65 games in 1975 & 65 in 1978) in his 20 seasons. That means neither player has ever missed 1 season due to injury!

Honorable mention to A.C. Green who played all 82 games every year of his 16 year career (83 games in 1996-97) except for his 2nd year where he played 79. Including post season he averaged over 91 games a year for his entire career
