Great points! A good strategy I've seen in Reinassance Periodization's channel to improve the number of reps is the following. Let's say we do 20 max reps of pullups and we want to increase it. We can add a little bit of weight so that our max reps are close to 20, maybe something around 16 or 17. On a different day, we can use a light band so that our max rep is slightly above 20, maybe something around 23, 24. He suggests a more comprehensive program in his channel, but anyway, I found this idea of maxing out with weight or bands very interesting as it is very specific to improve the bodyweight pullup reps. I still haven't tried this yet because I'm currently focusing on other goals at the moment, but it sounds a clever way to approach this strength endurance topic. I'd love hear Simons' opinion on this.

Can you do both in the same set? Starting with strength and continuing with endurance, something similar to a drop set.

How about using a weight you can handle between 5 and 10 reps and do set till failure ?

Can you mix and match them in one session?? Wouldn't that be bad for programming?

I don't know if this question is reletad but to increase time in isometrics besides practicing them what is more effective?

The best way is to do the work and learn to do high reps with heavy weight. It's not either or. Enough with the academics.
