I survived off from turkey bacon, burger patty, and eggs on tight college budget of $200 per month. Definitely helped a lot to lose weight and have so much energy throughout the day.

Im 74 and on carnivore. Im on social security. Im able to stay carnivore with hamburger, chicken, pork, eggs and butter. It is very doable on fixed income if you really want to.

The cost of steak up front and in the long-term ends up cheaper than paying co-pays, medical bills, constant trips to the pharmacy, skin creams and lotions to deal with [insert inflammatory skin condition], depression and anxiety, sleep aids, anti-dandruff crap, and having to buy a wide array of groceries that are just going to go bad anyway...

I have friends who ask what "products I use" keep my skin so clear. I tell them I eat meat and drink lots of water. They smirk, knowingly embarrassed because they don't want to control their diet and were hoping I could point them to a miracle skincare product. They ask how come I'm not catching the flu, or covid, or pneumonia this season like everyone else. I tell them it's because I have tons of collagen peptides in my system from my diet. Again, they frown. They ask how I keep my blood pressure low, and I explain how red meat, getting good sleep, exercise, and avoiding flouride as much as possible helps the function of Nitric Oxide release in my blood vessels to control blood pressure. All for less than taking blood pressure medication.

And so on and so on...

People would rather waste hundreds of dollars a month on products and medication instead of exercising a little discipline to always feel better.

One of things you do before you commit to a carnivore protocol on a budget is make room in your freezer. There will always be something on sale.

You are THE BOMB showing us how to do it. Tired of all the influencers saying how good it is but no clues how to choose cuts, how to cook. If you were raised in a veghead home and have no meat skills, you are a lifesaver

Salmon cakes are really good! Canned Salmon, eggs, Ground pork rinds, seasoning of your choice. Coat patties with parmesan and ground pork rinds. Fry in butter. Top with Squirt of lemon. I do the same with Ground chicken.

I like how you keep things simple. I am not a complicated cook nor do I have a large budget. It all looked very do-able.

Aldi often has organic, grass-fed ground beef for $3.99/lb

I recently started carnivore and find it quite liberating to just pull a steak out of the fridge, pop it in the pan for a few minutes and then add salt and eat. No fussing around, although the kitchen does get a bit smoky as I like the steak seared on the outside and rare in the middle. I discovered a mobile butcher on the way to my mum’s house and am getting rump and ribeye at mouth-wateringly good prices.

Bacon wrapped eggs… I don’t know why I’ve never thought of that. Nice!!!❤

I started a keto diet not too long ago and I definitely see myself transitioning to a carnivore diet. I live alone so that helps. So many benefits and it seems to really simplify one's life. I love your channel!

YES, my local SAFEWAY stores have a discount section for various meat products and have 30% off coupons attached. They used to be 50% off but ya know. This is a great way to stock up and freeze for later dates. KROGER has really good rotating meat specials so read the ads and take advantage and stock up when your budget allows. For instance this week you can get chicken breasts for .97 cents a lb, 80% ground for $2.99 a lb, and pork ribs for $1.97 a lb. I invested in a chest freezer just for this purpose

Some advocates of carnivore, say that grass fed beef is the way to go. I can't afford that, so it's nice to see that someone else shops the bargains and still loses weight on carnivore.

I’ve just started carnivore (2 days now). The only thing I can’t eat are eggs. The smell makes me gag and they taste awful to me. But I have in the fridge skin-on chicken thigh cutlets, T-bone steak, salami sticks, triple fat Brie, tons of butter, and full fat thickened cream.

Whenever need a snack, I get the salami sticks and wrap thinly sliced Brie around them. I only manage to eat a couple before I’m completely full

Meat around me is quite expensive. Yours sound so much more affordable. It’s worth it though to stay healthy. Butter is my main fat source. I’m tolerating this better than beef and lamb fat. Must try your way of cooking the chicken. Yours looks heaps better than mine. Thx Jen for all your ideas. 👏👏
