Anyway, an executive gets brought onto the ABK (Activision Blizzard King) team by the name of Fran Townsend about 6 months before the PR storm goes public. She sends a few emails, makes appearances in company wide Zoom calls etc. I look at her public linkedin, and she was a Bush Admin Official who toured abu-ghraib (secret CIA torture black-site in Iraq) as part of an officially sanctioned tour to make sure it was on the up-and-up by US and international prison law (it wasn't), and she gave it the stamp of approval. Her job was to put the stamp of approval on heinous illegal shit, and Kotic hires her to do PR.

I remember playing Starcraft Ghost multiplayer demo in a Blizzcon way back when. I remember it being a bit like Star Wars Battlefront with different classes you can pick whenever you spawn but I recall there being a point requirement to spawn as a higher tier class earned with kills and such.

I used to work for a big and famous retailer and unfortunately higher ups "taking advantage of their power" was common. I put the quotation marks because the reality is that some girls would purposely try to get with them just to progress. This guy would go to ALL the parties, he would be around all this early-twenties girls. He would fuck them a few times and then surprise surprise the girl gets promoted.

I reported an Associate Director to HR and was shocked that so many people knew and stayed quiet. A Head of, someone that I respected, told me that this associate director was a bit of a sexual predator, and yet, he had him invited to his leaving due. Another associate director invited him to my leaving due and I told him not to come, no associate director came at the end. They cover each other, it is disgusting.

OW2 went 5v5 because the queue times for 6v6 were too long - that was one of their KPIs and taking out a player made queues much faster. not to mention tank was the least played role so they got to buff the tank to encourage more players selecting that role (queue times are still ass btw)

I had a class taught by a tools engineer that worked on titian that was moved over to the HOTS team. He said that part of the problem with HOTS was that it was a single threaded game which meant it would actually preform worse on higher end machinery. They wanted to multi thread the game, but the game was never successful enough to warrant taking the time off from development creating new content.

Schreier is ABSOLUTELY a guy that would defend a predator. He had so many contacts in ActiBlizz, contact which were friends, and yet he only started reporting on it once allegations from other places starting coming out
