Yay! My fave was Wrath, I think, even though it had the most technical flaws, imo. Kraf was my fave animal (I was underwhelmed by the rest of them). Camlin was my fave char as of like ... paragraph 2 of his first chapter 🤣

Really enjoyed your analysis! My favorite characters are also Maquin and Veradis. I also really liked Edana and Balur One-Eye. Definitely subscribing! after this thorough and accurate (IMO) recap of the series, i am betting i'll get some great recommendations from this channel. thanks!

Love your review. I agree on almost everything. Maquin and Camlin omg chefs kiss. Especially Camlin. I was so happy to see his name at the start of a new chapter every time. Especially because of his lack of martial prowess compared to most of the other characters. I was so sad to finish the last book. Despite the issues I had with this series I loved it dearly because of the characters.

Congratulations on finishing this series! I love a good battle scene and animal companion. I still need to read Hunger of the Gods, but it’s nice that this series is finished and still getting some praise. This was a stone-crushing review! 😂

Malice took awhile to get going but once it did, it was a great ride through the end of Wrath.
