A studio here in an average neighborhood in Los Angeles , goes for 1500 USD .
I haven't seen any this spacious.

This is not a typical Russian apartment. This is a new type of Russian studio apartment. Russians are not used to such small studio apartments. Even a one-room apartment has a separate kitchen.

$600.00 a month for that unit isn't bad at all. I'd be more interested on a full 1 bedroom unit about 800 sq feet. Wondering how much that would go for monthly. It's really beautiful.
