In need of a low-impact workout that will pack a punch?! This Full Body Dumbbell Workout is going to be your JAM! Just grab one set of dumbbells and press play. 💜
For this workout all the exercises can be done STANDING (no mat or floor work), and in this workout we will be lifting our way to CONFIDENCE. ✨
Strength training workouts have helped me so much with building confidence in my physical body and from a mental perspective. Pushing myself to do hard things (like dumbbell workouts) has been so rewarding and enlightening. It has taught me a lot about myself and I hope that after today's workout you feel like you are glowing with confidence too!
🛑 What weight should I use?
Beginners: 2.5-5 lbs
Intermediate: 5-12 lbs
Advance: 12-20 lbs
