In need of a low-impact workout that will pack a punch?! This Full Body Dumbbell Workout is going to be your JAM! Just grab one set of dumbbells and press play. 💜

For this workout all the exercises can be done STANDING (no mat or floor work), and in this workout we will be lifting our way to CONFIDENCE. ✨

Strength training workouts have helped me so much with building confidence in my physical body and from a mental perspective. Pushing myself to do hard things (like dumbbell workouts) has been so rewarding and enlightening. It has taught me a lot about myself and I hope that after today's workout you feel like you are glowing with confidence too!

🛑 What weight should I use?
Beginners: 2.5-5 lbs
Intermediate: 5-12 lbs
Advance: 12-20 lbs

Ok sis. Definitely staying with 15 lbs on most of these moves for two more week cuz CHILDTTT!!!❤❤❤ lol Love it. Only move that was awkward was the first move. I love that it was variety yet the moves focused on same muscle yet different angles of the muscles. Wooohh… increase reps in some but um yea definitely doing the recommended reps. Lol😅😅😅 Again loved it!! Love this series. Great work sis. ❤❤❤

I just finished 6 weeks of Lifting to Confidence today and I have to say, I feel like this program has really improved my form and ability to activate my muscles. I’ve been doing your programs for a year or so now but this one just seemed to work so well for me! 💪🏻 Definitely in my top three 😍 thank you for all you do, Kirra! You’re the reason I love weightlifting now 🫶🏻
Quick question: I’m going on vaca for 2 weeks and only able to bring my 5lb and 10lb set, but usually lift heavier. I’m worried about muscle atrophy. Any advice?
