It would be nice if you put the list of ingredients and spices you use

Ingredients (based off of what I see) but I could be very wrong

160g of zucchini chopped (about half)
85g of red onion chopped (about half)
250g cabbage finely chopped (about half)
90g of tomato diced (about half)
35g of carrot diced (about half)
4 olives halved
Feta cheese crumbles
1 soft flour tortilla
Red pepper sauce from hummus

Set these aside

One chicken breast -
Season with: salt, pepper, (garlic powder? Possibly onion powder but both work)

Cook on a on with medium-high heat until golden brown.

Place the tortilla with what looks to be a red pepper sauce from the hummus. Lay the chicken, and other vegetables and garnish with the feta cheese. Cook the tortilla to perfection!

And remember the kitchen is about experimenting so try new things not everything has to be exact!! ❤

I wear gloves when i cook too. I do it wether cooking for myself or for others. I don't like getting my ingredients all over my hands and having to wash my hands repeatedly to avoid cross contamination. Easier to just put a fresh pair of gloves on. When cooking for others it shows i care enough to protect the food i'm making you so you can enjoy without any doubts of cleanliness.

I prefer wearing gloves when I cook just to save time on washing my hands but I almost never have gloves in the house 😂😂😂

Great but carrots should not be in this recipe. Maybe marinated thinly grated carrots but certainly not like that
