Highly recommend!! Awesome recipe!! My husband said that this burrito tasted better than at our favorite restaurant! Also, I had to improvise with the Avocado Sauce. I didn't have a food processor or sour cream. So I replaced the sour cream with mayo and used my hand mixer. Haha I was so sure that it was going to be nasty but it actually turned out fabulous! Thats one way to make a dip with avocado super fattening! Oh well. C'lest la vie. Thanks for sharing 👍 😊

I HAD TO come back to say these are AMAZING. I made a whole bunch to freeze for husbands lunch and it freezes beautifully. Hubs said it’s better than store bought and we couldn’t stop eating it. Delicious!!!

Made this my way: made Puerto Rican red rice with corn....made my own refried beans with dice fresh jalapeños and onions....made chicken as directed and voila...super yummy.❤

A little thing I experimented with and it turned out magnificent, instead of just coating the chicken in his spice mix, add some flour (enough to batter your chicken) to the mix and soak your chicken in buttermilk, then instead of grilled chicken, you can fry it and get a crunch texture to your pallet.
