I’m happy the scene that showed him as an incompetent salesman was deleted. The magic to Michael Scott is that he’s an idiot, and ostensibly useless- but a complete genius at his craft, which is sales. The show so perfectly displayed his ability to continue to thrive through hard times in business, and that’s what makes me cheer for him as an underdog.
The other ones were gold though!

At 7:15 the only scene in which Michael asking Toby to stay. He always ask him to get out. Deleting it kept the consistency of Michael's love towards Toby ❤️
