I just realised that Michael/Pam/Ryan actually works as a love triangle if rejections count:

Michael was rejected by Pam when he tried to kiss her;
Ryan was rejected by Pam when he asked her out to „discuss her designs“;
And Michael was rejected by Ryan constantly for about 7 years.
