CORRECTION: 2:26 The summary should read Lead I negative and aVF positive for RAD. The audio and graphic are correct.

Reading everyone else's comments about how helpful this was, and I usually agree. But damn - everytime an ECG comes up I feel like my mind just slows to a crawl.

As a new and unexperienced nurse I always feel kind of lost and gives me anxiety not being able to understand a basic EKG, but for the first time I found this info so clear, that with little study and practice I will be able to identify anomalies. Thanks so much for this video, already subscribed to the channel, very good topics in it.

I've purchased and red a book called 'ECG made Easy'. However I never found it easy. You sir, just made it easy. Tqvm

Great video. I'm 7 months into the ED as a nurse and love it. I will say that most of our techs and nurses do Not care about lead placement and just slap them on wherever. Basically the leads 3-6 will be touching and in a straight line. Yikes.

Outstanding video! Came here as a refresher. Back in school for NP and this was a perfect way to get back into the learning environment. I learned more from your concise video than I did in class. Thank you!

Right Axis deviation is incorrect. That’s actually Left Axis deviation. Hopefully it didn’t confuse a lot of people

Just a correction @2:27 you write RAD if lead 1 positive and AVF negative. This should be the other way around.
