I am E5 92Y at a reserve company level but we are HHC. HHC house all the 92Y which means I rarely do my job because we have like 30 92Y. I am a SL and acting platoon sgt. I was thinking about going reserve to guard AGR but the issue is, you'll never know how f*k up a company supply room is until you are there and its too late.

Would love to go back to my job as a supply sergeant one day but then I remember why I got out in the first place and that puts it all to rest 😅

I’m a female 63 b, light wheel vehicle mechanic. We looked out for everybody. Those men not only trained the two females but they thought is how to survive, especially if a POW. Don’t want to be in war with those who not trained

Currently National Guard getting a conditional release to go active I been a 92Y for 5 years now but barely did my job as it is the NG 😂 can I pick your brain on certain things to refresh my memory or is there somewhere I can go to kinda relearn things

SGT I'm a 92Y TPU (SPC) personel with two soldier and am now in charge until the next NCO comes. How do I fix the company to be more organize? I really want to learn where everything is, but the company is everywhere and I'm only there once a month. I don't want to be charged with from the previous NCO. Any advices??
