Another brilliant video. Thank you. Do you know anything about "handing over to a Live Person" please, as we might want to consider using both virtual content and live content? Also the $50 per user/pcm you mention - how does that work? What is the definition of a user please as given it is virtual could we put it on our website and have just 1 user who monitors it? How will copilot handle cases that are in multiple languages?

If im understanding this correctly it can only be used in conjunction with one of the 4 CRM packages? So not available if you use another. ?

I feel the pricing is way too high. Microsoft being a $Mega Company should seriously consider making this available for a much lower cost for small / medium businesses who need it even more the corporations. I suggest one $5/month per user license for companies with < 50 people. Don't laugh about it, do it. Also it should be much easier for developers/learners to access full features sooner. Thoughts?
