After further investigation into the "death, " it turned out to be a person with the same name from another country. However, the same article also correctly listed my brother's address in the USA, leading to confusion by conflating the names of different individuals in different countries. This is surprising, especially given the expectation for an advanced model like ChatGPT 4.0. What's going on?

Upon searching my name, the initial result accurately reflected my location. However, upon further examination, subsequent results indicated that I was a retired geophysicist, a description that aligns with a different individual who shares my name and hails from a different country. This incorrect conflation raises concerns about the overall accuracy of the results, and I hope this issue is not widespread across all queries.
