I get Synology wants to integrate their own SaaS products, to on-premise... But there are a few places where I wish you'd add more flexibility with supporting other vendors, especially here with off-site storage.

Often these businesses are tied to specific CSP's, for offsite workloads and storage (such as Digital Ocean, AWS, Azure etc), yet, they are potential customers for your on-premise solutions, and other SaaS offerings (such as AuthN), but the lack of flexibility on the storage front, leads them to look elsewhere.
