if you didn't get it, well here's an explanation.

Belka is one of the many countries in the Strangereal universe. it appeared as an antagonist country in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War. hence the name, Belka starts this war in April 2, 1995. it invades many countries, including Ustio, Osea, and Sapin. the Belkans had an initiative to gain hegemony over ⅛ of Osea, ⅓ of Sapin, and ½ of Ustio. also, the guy on the first briefing said that the Belkans wanted their territory back, and that's why they started this damned war.

after the destruction of an enemy fighter (Pixy / Larry Foulke) with the codename: Morgan developed by South Belka Munitions Factory, the Ustians were victorious, and later a part of Belka was taken by Osea, where the Gründer Industries / South Belka Munitions Factory were located.
the Demon Lord of The Round Table, or Cipher, did made the victorious of Ustio happens.
