That’s so weird that apple released the M2 pro with barely any updates then did the M2 air with all new specs. It’s like they’re telling people not to buy the pro

As someone who just ordered an M2 pro after quite some struggling, the main reason of my decision is simply because i prefer the old design…

I’ve been eyeing the 13 inch m1 pro since it came out last year, and to have the same form factor refreshed with an m2 chip is great for someone looking to buy a new, future-proof macbook.

Also, the battery life of the m2 pro is the absolute best of all apple laptops(if not ALL laptops), so there’s that.

Oh and, call it what you want, but i think the touch bar is wicked cool.

I just bought a base MacBook Air M2 for 750€ (in my country it goes for more than 1700€!!) I’m really satisfied with my purchase, when they announced the MacBook Air M2 I was dead set on buying it, and I’m very happy with it.

It works great, regardless of what these big hotshot Apple reviewers might say about its storage or ram or whatever. It’s the perfect laptop for a college student like me.

Is the base MacBook Air m2 okay for a starting college student? For basic stuff like word google looking at videos ?? No photoshop/video editing, thanks 👍🏼
