The self assisted ring pull up using a power rack is genius.

After I set it up and did a few reps, I started doing self assisted pistol squats!

Same regression works for both exercises perfectly. Thank you so much🎉

I have a question: would it help at all to have a counter balance when doing pull-ups? For example using resistance bands.
