How often do you get to visit Marvel Studios in Los Angeles? CineMovie got a rare chance to go inside Marvel Studios and talk to THE AVENGERS Executive Producer Victoria Alonso.

The Latina Marvel executive gave CineMovie some insight into the workings at Marvel Studios and on juggling so many franchises simultaneously. The Spanish-born executive is in charge of visual effects, sound post production, and stereo conversion. She wears many hats at Marvel and works on two to four films at a time. Her involvement in Marvel films begins in pre-production and not just in post production. Alonso started her career as a visual effects producer and she tells us it took "a long to get to her position."
