Step 1 (Export)
- Open the piano roll
- Click on the arrow in the top left corner
- Go to file/export as score sheet
- Name your file
- Select .mid
- Save

Step 2 (Import)
- Open the piano roll
- Click on the arrow in the top left corner
- Go to file/open score
- Select you file (don’t forget to check the file type)

- Or simply drag your file in to the piano roll
