Definitely a must have. Makes playing in docked mode and long play sessions so much more comfortable

I just got my Switch. I didn't think I'd want a pro controller, but once I'm done with a docked session of like 2 hours and switch to PS4 to watch Netflix, I'm like "Whoa, a _real_ controller" and realize how cramped the joycons feel, even with the attachment pad thing.

Honestly, probably my only complaint about the Switch, but the controller design obviously was necessary for a hybrid console.

Its only missing a headphone jack so I can game at night from bed with headphones while in tv mode

The pro controller is a must. It has very nice weight to it, rumble, amiibo reader, motion controls like the PlayStation, awesome grip, comfortable even for huge hands, and has phenomenal battery life. I always go a few days without charging it even after long sessions. It’s pricey, but you literally get what you pay for!

I'm absolutely psyched to get a Pro Controller because I've been using the Joycons for so many years now and have realised how much I've been missing out on a controller that isn't actually rushed, cheap and uncomfortable.

The Switch pro controller is a must have if you play Nintnendo Switch games on tv. It makes a world of difference playing breath of the wild on a pro controller rather than the joycons or any other controllers. This controller is one of the most comfortable controllers I have ever used. Don't pass up the opportunity to buy one, it's really worth it.

I have been considering purchasing a pro controller, it’s just I’ve had not too much problems with the joycons. If I had money that I could freely spend, I’d definitely buy this, but right now I’m not ready for one. But this video really convinced me that in the future I should get one. Mine came in today after owning a switch two years ago. It's a bit big for my hands but it's better than sacrificing my joycons to the drift while playing MH Rise.

I finally got one for my switch, and honestly I might use it on my PC as well because analog triggers just aren't great when you don't need the control they offer.

Its a nice feeling controller in the hand. I like how the bumpers and triggers aren't mushy but arent too clicky.
The plus, minus, capture, and home buttons are so into the controller and a bit hard to press.

Brought my son the switch for his birthday but refuse to play it with him because the controls are garbage. He has a pro controller sitting on the bench when he gets home from school and I hope to play some crash bandicoot with him this afternoon.
