what do you do when the controller is wired up but still wont get recognized by the system? the lights aren't even coming on the ctonroller

Hey thx I didn't know how to charge it

So my pro controller needed to be charged yesterday so I stopped using it to charge it. When I tried to use it again it won’t connect wirelessly. I disconnected all my controllers and it said it paired, even when I press the sync button I just get the green lights and I get no response. Help please if you have a solution
