I’ve questioned if I was wrong about my Christian beliefs, then what. I decided my life is better believing in a God that loves me and sets reasonable boundaries for me and still gives me the freedom to choose to reach for the stars and forgives my shortcomings. I also find it better to forgive others than hold a grudge. If I’m wrong about God, my life is still better than it would be without belief.

So this argument only works if either atheism or Christianity is true, it doesn’t necessarily take into account other religions like Islam. (Which says christians go to hell). So you would need better arguments to either prove, or highly indicate that Christian and atheism are the most probable, and then Pascal’s wager would work.

We all believe in something. If you don't believe in something, you're essentially not moving. If you don't move, you'll cease to exist. Belief provides a direction. Something to move towards. The question then becomes - what are you moving towards?

The problem is that this can be said for other religions, and you can think of countless other possibilities where a God exists but would punish believers of Christ, but not non-believers.

Paul said it best when he stated that if anyone just took the time to stop and look around, they would understand that there is a Divine Creator who brought everything we see into existence. I believe God keeps His promises. God promised Jesus our Redeemer after the fall. All the Old Testament promised Christ. The New Testament proclaims Jesus came and fulfilled His promise of salvation. Revelation promises Jesus will return to gather His church and all things will become new as He planned. There is no life without God.
