I have been up in front of this Man, a Judge of Judges! Honest and comical as fair and compassionate. He heard I am a Veteran who honestly was charged for 30, in a 25, after driving a trailer truck all night to get back for a cousins 16 year old sons funeral, a kid I seen grow up. I had returned home, took a shower and then drove across town to the Church, no wait did not make it there in time, but instead to the grave site late, due to the crooked cop. That took way too long intentionally after hearing how long I’ve been driving to get to a funeral, without speeding the entire way back, 410 miles! Then he clocks me 50’ from a stop sign after coming to a complete stop, saying my slow slant six powered truck hit 30 mph in 50’? That I have proved I could not! The cop had harassed me because I had the balls to ask him if he had written permission to setup on private property, 40’ off the road? When I mentioned all this to the Judge above he totally dismissed the charge and gave that cop an earful, then dismissed every one of his tickets after that and before!!! On that day. I will never forget! This is in Providence, RI, Traffic Court, The Most Honorable Judge Frank Caprio! May God Bless you Sir!
