Love this machine! The only negative is the power supply is down to 39w. That is almost the days of sp4. The 65w and 102w power supplies will charge it faster

I'm very interested in this surface pro and primarily use DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Lightroom for work. I'd be curious how both those applications run and if going up to the X Elite model with the OLED screen is even worth it.

Something that reviewers/ YouTubers should add to their videos when it comes to reviews is how to leave feedback to these companies so that people who actually buy them can directly give feedback to the companies when they are dissatisfied. Windows has a feedback app for example, Samsung has their Samsung members app for feedback and so on

Only bad thing about this device is that it's windows and has windows and is windows made and has the windows logo.

Please test how it feels using it on your lap. I know that these kind of tablet 2 in 1's are not the best for that but it is important for me as a soon to be uni student

Having a desktop OS in a TABLET is a bad idea. Unless you have a keyboard and you enable some type of PC mode.
Windows 8 had the opposite problem, too tablet-like for non-tablets.😊

I love the form factor. But I'm worried whether it will run my software.... I need to run, e.g., Lightroom *Classic*, Inkscape (vector drawings), LyX ("wysiwyg" LaTeX based word processor), VSCode with various language support, as well as some non-standard programming languages. If it were simple to remotely log into my AMD based home computer, I could run use it as a "terminal" for my home computer until "my" software becomes available... Maybe I'll be better served by "strix point" laptops...

The whole point of a surface is that it's also a tablet, how does it function as just a tablet without a keyboard? (Use speech to text instead of a digital keyboard)
