Does anyone else ever feel like you have an elastic tightening over your heart. It's so tight it takes my breath away and I can't stand up anymore. Lasts about 3 minutes. Recently it's now several elastics tightening around it. What the heck does this mean? I can't find anything online and seriously doubt a GP will make an accurate diagnosis. I'm just ignoring it for now.

Had CAD ( coronary artery disease) since 28 yrs old. And recently been diagnosed with unstable angina. Had the most severe chest, shoulder and back pain in my life. Scary thou.

so im 17 and i have severe anxiety and heart anxiety and just today i started having chest pains that feel like stabbing almost? and goes away but comes back. ive been having jaw pain but its in a specific spot so i didnt think anything of it. for the most part today ive experienced every symptoms he said in the video but im not sure if its just anxiety or not and im starting to freak out lolz

The physicians I have seen when I suffer angina ass-ume I am a hysterical female and should seek mental health care, read drugs. The test levels are based on male patterns and I don't meet them. No wonder.

im a neurodivergent 16 year old and i have severe anxiety and bursts of addrenaline where i start to stim, whether im stressed or excited. sometimes when i stim i get heart palpitations that are sometimes strong. but now i get a stabbing pain/feeling that happens for just a second but goes away. i'm not sure if this is related but my arms and shoulders tend to be a bit tight and in a dull/non painful ache, which im not sure if its related to me working out or the chest pains. im not sure what to do here lol

I’m so afraid lately I’ve been so panicky cause I have health anxiety and I’m scared I have some sort of angina even though I’m 12 cause my arms have been achy and even my back but not my chest much and before I used to get chest pressure but that was when I was lying down but now I never get it
Whenever I lay down I get this weird pain in my chest that lasts 2 seconds
And I’m always tired someone please help is it anxiety or angina
