Dr.Berry, I’m a pediatric dentist, and “referred” 2 families to you today, indirectly, to start watching your videos. They are so accessible and easy to understand, and I believe everyone should know these truths.

In Aug 2019 I wasn't feeling well, and asked my husband to drive me to hospital. I was shaking, having trouble standing upright, and bless him, he decided to change his clothes first. To be fair, I did that also, before I asked him to drive me to hospital. There was no traffic, and our closest hospital is not the main emergency ward for our city so it wasn't busy. Really, all I could say was heaviness in my chest. They got me hooked up to all sorts of monitors. I remember I was just going to tell my husband I was sorry to be causing so much fuss when I dropped dead. 1. If you are going to drop dead, I highly recommend you do it in a hospital emergency room. 2. If you want unending attention from your husband, drop dead in front of him. 3. I don't care what they say, it takes at least 5 months to recover from CPR, and that was without any broken ribs.

It's hard to tell when you have anxiety. I'm sure a lot of people die of heart attacks thinking it will pass

I had pretty much all of these symptoms back in September. I'm 37, slightly overweight due to an underactive thyroid. It really freaked me out. Work sent me home and I called the GP who immediately sent an ambulance. Paramedics did an ECG in my home and thankfully all was fine, turns out I have severe anxiety. The symptoms are very similar. Put the fear of god into me!

My husband had pain in his arm thought he was having carpal tunnel. But it was so bad he couldn't sleep in bed. He slept in a recliner. 3 days later he had cold sweats, lost color. The chest pain was the very last symptom.
The hospital almost let him go with just medication for arm pain. The labs showed he was having a heart attack. Transferred to heart hospital.
Now on keto 4 years lost 125lbs and off heart medications. Doing awesome.

My mom died of heartattack. She had arm pain, neck pain, sweat, vomiting, even loss of appetite. Sad enough I did not know . She passed. Thanks for the information.

A friend's mom passed from a "silent" heart attack. There were no obvious pain symptoms but she'd been unable to sleep for a week prior or so, just feeling "off" - restless & anxious. She was pacing the house the night she died & her husband thought it was a sudden mental upset of some kind. He found her in her favorite living room chair early the next morning. Very sad that he didn't know what was happening. Such easy symptoms to misinterpret.

I'm one of those who dont go to the doc unless I'm bleeding and need stitches. I'm pretty sure if I have any of these symptoms I'll ignore them and God will take me home when He chooses. But I do appreciate you getting this info out.

This is really scary for people who have hypochondria. I’m one of them.
I’m a 32 year old woman with almost every symptom, especially the arm/shoulder/back pain that started about 2 months ago. But many of these symptoms could happen because of other conditions too, like anxiety, PMDD, hiatal hernia and so on. It kinda freaks me out not knowing for sure what’s causing what.

Besides the vomiting, these symptoms are similar to my post menopausal symptoms. Anxiety with the chest pressure, swelling, tired, not sleeping well, sweating from hot flashes, etc. 😬

I had left clavicle/shoulder pain the morning when I had my heart attack... 7 stents later... Pay attention to your body. I'm lucky to be here. Began taking Trulicity & Jardiance, vomiting 2 days later and 4 days later had the heart attack and then coded 4 times in the ICU... Thanks Jardiance... :) And thanks Dr Berry for giving these symptoms relating to women... ❤️

Been type 2 diabetic since age 12. I’m 46 now and could never get my levels under control. AIC of 7-9. Went to tons of specialist and not one mentioned keto. I started keto a week ago and no longer need any of my diabetic meds! Sugars are perfect. I love you and wish I hadn’t done 35 years of damage to my body. The pharmaceutical business will hate you. I’m surprised they haven’t tried to cancel you on YouTube or in person. Watch yourselves and many blessings

I am very sensitive to humid hot weather. If I'm out in hot sun on a humid sticky day working in my garden, I will get a dizzy light headed feeling and my heart can have a weak sensation, so I avoid working outside in the heat of the day. Pushing your limits in the heat could cause a heart attack.

Anxiety is also a sign that a lot of women have prior to a heart attack. it's been often stated as a feeling of doom. Also, loose and frequent bowel movements was another sign that we often saw.

I had a lot of these symptoms 3 years ago, and a few linger even now. I did go to the ER and EKG came back normal. It was anxiety. Never thought I had it, and finally diagnosed with it. I did have a full cardiac workup and all was fine. It is scary when you have multiple symptoms of a heart attack.

Yes, at 50 years of age, not over weight, all numbers were normal but I had a strange burning sensation that went up my chest into my neck and down the inside of both arms. I had a 97% blockage of the LAD of my heart. Very frightening.

Many of these signs can be cancer caused too (acute lymphoblastic lymphoma or leukemia comes to mind.) NEVER ignore sudden shoulder pain not caused by injury, it could be referred pain from internal organs.
