I have seen a constrictor knot tied a million times and never could get it right but watched you do it once and I've got it!!!

I am facepalming right now :D

So simple, I use constrictor knots sealed with a reef knot over a cuff to keep the tubes safe from the embroidery cotton I used. I'm definitely going to be giving this a go, the cuffs were a pain in the arse!

Works with any type of bands bud. I'm doing this attachment method with flats at the moment

finally found a channel where the guy uses tubes and the loop method aswell i am new to shooting and tying with a catty and i got some cheap loop bands but they dont have the right draw length for me i did try theaband gold but it kept ripping any tips on shooting or videos your or others have made?
