In the family, Rebbie is considered the best singer after Mike. I'd probably put her 3rd after Mike and Randy and followed closely by Jermaine. But she is, purely in terms of power and range, the best of the three girls

But she actually never really wanted to be an artist and she was always sort of a reluctant star. I believe she only did this because Mike was gonna help.
