Fallout 4 - A No mod EASY way to hide wires 2 plus how I get underground

A different way to hide wires instead of using the wire glitch. Some like the wire glitch, some don't, some have trouble with the glitch or settlement is too huge to wire glitch everything you want to power up.
I was hoping this is useful to you as just one more option to your settlement builds.

00:00 - intro
06:40 - how to get underground

all on ps4, no mods or Creation club

link to my video 1 EASY way to hide wires part 1

the link to the basement build I mentioned in this video

THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!!

That's absolutely unbelievable. First time in 9 years of Fallout 4 that I see this glitch to get underground.

Nice underground trick! Elevator with only the top (4th) floor above ground would look awesome. Assuming you won't be pushed off as it drops below!

Wow. I have a couple thousand hours in FO4 and never knew you could build underground.

I'm always watching videos for things to enhance my builds, but this was totally unexpected. Just happened to stumble across your video, but you've definitely earned a sub. I haven't watched all your videos, so maybe you've answered these, but I have a couple questions. 1- Have you tried placing the Fast Travel floor mat underground to see if you can travel there directly? 2- Have you tried using something that settlers can interact with, like the Vault 88 soda fountain, to see if they'd be pulled underground?
Thanks for the inspiration, I'll definitely be trying this out. Looking forward to watching more of your content.

That nuka mixer is a much better option than that turquoise bar stool I've been using.
Nice video 👍

Oh this is terrific! This weekend I have to try and the go redo my settlements. Question… does all the building underground go towards your build limit? I would imagine it does.

That is really cool! If you came up with that cola mixer trick yourself, you might just be a genius! You crazy wizard! If not, then you're just plain cool and generous for sharing your knowledge! Thanks for the video. It's only my second time underground and both times you were the guide! Terribly novel to

Damn, I've been using the wooden shack ladder. It covers so much ground laterally, it makes a very wide footprint, and interferes with other selectable objects. Gotta try that pole (that's what she said). The conduits were so disappointing in my Vault 88 build, I stopped using them. If Bethesda was smart about the conduit, it would stretch to a certain maximum length (just like the wire, duh!). Piecing together all the 1, 2 and 4' sections suck, but maybe that's my power transition solution.

Have you ever tried using an elevator sunk half way down to get underground? Would it even work?
