make sure the FIRST thing you do is make graphics custom so you can actually find the fps file if ur coming back here

THANK YOUU SOOOO MUCH! My gpu utilization was bottleneck to 70% while playing HSR, but now after doing this it's peaking 99% UTIL with over 100 fps

used lossless scaling for wuthering waves and will continue to do so in nearly every demanding game. keeps the gpu usage low and still gives me 120+ fps

doesnt work. changes in the file but game remains capped at 60

I dont get this. Ac odyssey pushes my gpu to 90-100% but only uses around 250w of my 3080 and my temps are around 50-53c.but this star rail with 120 fps uses around 95% of my gpu and pushes easily around 340 watts?and i can barely even get 120 and pushing my temps to 59-60c?sheesh
