My game is crashing everytime i launch and the game wont even go past the starting logo and gets stuck in a white screen. I even closed the fps unlocker completely and still the game crashes. I click on repair files in genshin launcher and the whole game files are redownloading again! is there a fix for this crashes ? Thanks in advance

Thank you very much!! I played Fortnite at 75 FPS (which is my monitor's frame rate) and then I was playing Genshin at 60 FPS. I did that and now it's wonderful, running smoothly. But I must admit that I'm really scared of being banned, even though you say you've been using it for two years😆

Is there a way to unlock FPS AND open game in windowed boarderless mode? I currently use the Steam 'Launch Options' method to open the game in windowed boarderless so i can tab to my 2nd monitor while in-game
